Experienced players can skip the tutorial at the very first start of a city. The game asks once more before you do, because this cannot be undone.
What you get anyway
| Reward | With tutorial | Without tutorial |
|---|---|---|
| Starting cash | 150,000 $ | same |
| First fusion power plant | free | free |
| Buildings unlocked | step by step | everything at once |
| Development loan installments | with the steps | each one as soon as the thing it is meant for stands |
| Guaranteed ruby | step 28 | once mine and blast furnace reach level 2 |
| Fast learning phase | yes | no |
The learning phase is a learning aid, not a gift. Without the tutorial your city grows at normal pace from the start.
The task overview (๐)
The button at the top left opens the task overview. It shows:

- Setup: the goals of the tutorial steps with reward (๐) and progress, the next three open ones first
- Major project: for example the research lab with construction progress and time left
- Next district: the neighboring districts, one click opens the purchase menu at the fence
- Long-term goals: stadium, lab levels 2 and 3, fusion upgrades and more
- Special finds and any waiting development loan installment
Each card shows the required resources as bars, red as long as something is missing. "Show" flies the camera there.
