Rules
- A platform must lie up top within the reach of an access tower. It then belongs to the nearest tower. Without a tower in reach it cannot be built.
- You can only place platforms on the upper level. Below, the tile is visible but locked.
- A skyscraper must stand entirely on a platform, with one tile of distance to the next tower.
