| 9 | 9,900,000 $ | 800 krypto steel, 1,000 cobalt alloy, 300 plasma steel | 3 rubies |

How prices develop
- District 2 is almost free in the tutorial.
- Districts 3 to 7 cost hardly any money. The real cost is rubies, plus chrome and krypto steel. You find rubies mainly in mesas, which cost money to demolish (Boulders, Mesas and Toxic Lakes).
- From district 8 money and material rise clearly, and cobalt alloy and plasma steel join in.
- From district 10 the material stays the same while the money keeps growing, until a new district costs roughly what your city earns in taxes over a good two weeks.
