Cobalt Ore
The third production line of the pig iron mine, ingredient for cobalt alloy and plasma steel.
At level 3 the pig iron mine also produces cobalt ore. Cobalt blue joins the copper green veins. Before this upgrade you have to research the Cobalt Ore Line.

What you need it for
- cobalt alloy (blast furnace level 3)
- plasma steel (blast furnace level 4)
- the research Cobalt Alloy itself requires cobalt ore
Cobalt ore is scarce. Plan your furnaces so that both alloys get enough. It sells for 165 $ per ton.
