The blue alloy of chrome steel, cobalt ore and kryptonite, blast furnace level 3.
Cobalt alloy combines 1 t of chrome steel, 1 t of cobalt ore and 1 t of kryptonite. You can only take the furnace to level 3 with the research Cobalt Alloy.

A blast furnace only ever smelts one recipe at a time. You choose the recipe in the furnace window. It draws its ingredients from the mines first, then from the warehouses. If an ingredient is missing, it runs empty.
