A park makes residential districts more popular and filters the smog around it. It needs power and a gardener.
Park gardener
The Colony Park is a green dome in the middle of the toxic desert. It makes the residential districts within its range 10 points more popular and filters 35% of the smog around it. Several parks together filter up to 60%.
Open only with power and a gardener
Lights, pumps and dome need 2 MW. On top of that comes a gardener who costs 20,000 $ per day. You pay him per shift in advance. If power or money is missing at the start of a shift, the park closes and has no effect until both are back.
- Range 80 tiles, every bus stop or taxi stand nearby adds 15 tiles.
- A good spot is between industry and housing: the park removes smog before it reaches the houses.
