DeutschEvery now and then the team hands out bonus codes, for example at events, in the forum or as compensation after an outage.
Redeeming
- Open the settings in one of your own cities.
- Switch to the Bonus tab.
- Enter the code and click Redeem. Upper and lower case, spaces and hyphens do not matter.
A card then shows all rewards. Anything for your account is marked purple with the label "Account". Below you see your most recently redeemed codes.
What can be inside
Money, resources, metals, special finds, boosters, Urplasma, Premium and Bits Cubes. City rewards go to the city in which you redeem the code.
If it does not work
- Every code has a validity period and sometimes a maximum number of redemptions.
- You can only redeem each code once.
- Too many wrong attempts briefly lock redeeming.
- It does not work in a locked Premium city.
